As anyone watching this page can probably tell, I'm not really active on this account anymore.  And I've really slacked off on checking up on it every once in a while.  Anyways, I'm incredibly flattered and happy to see that people here are still enjoying my artwork and favoriting it!  I'll be leaving it up for sure, and I'll try to do better about checking up to respond to any comments and such!  So please, still favorite and comment if you like what I have here!

I still make art, but not much digitally anymore, and not so specifically fandom focused.  Who knows, maybe you follow my new account somewhere!

I'll be stopping by occasionally to keep checking up on things!

I just saw the MLP: Frienship is Magic 100th episode and it was AWESOME!  Unfortunately I didn't have time to do something for the episode, so I thought I'd put links to my popular MLP arts here instead as a sort of collage.  I'm also trying to think of ideas to do another art for a character.  Any suggestions?

If you see any art images with the watermark/url " bronyonabudget.deviantart.com", it is mine.  It should be credited to me, at this account, and you still need to ask me my permission if you want to use it for anything even if it is no longer posted here.  only have a deviantart account. If you see any of my artwork showing up on other sites, it is NOT me posting them, it is art theft, so report it accordingly.  I've gone through a variety of styles and techniques in my time on here, so don't be surprised if something "doesn't look like" my current style.  If it shows up elsewhere and has my watermark/url on it, yes it is mine and yes it needs my permission to be used and needs to be credited to this account.

Anyone who follows me or appreciates my work, please help make sure it gets proper credit.

I really hope I don't come across or mean and angry when I say all of this; I've just heard some recent nightmare stories about art theft and have gotten a bit worried about my own art online.

Hey! :icondahub: is giving :points: to people who watch, give llamas, and fav other people's work

You can also be featured if you donate some

So visit
dAhub now! :D

I thought I'd try this because DA Hub hasn't been working for me normally ever since I came back from vacation.  No matter what I do, it will not give me points, and says I haven't been active enough to earn points.  I've been active on here since I came back, so I have no idea what's wrong.

PS: I get points (at no cost to you) if you go to the DA Hub page by clicking on the links above in the journal.  Any points that result would be much appreciated.

Remember this journal I posted a while back?
Can anyone help me identify this painting?I was recently looking through a cool art blog on tumblr (I don't have an account, if you're wondering; I just occasionally look through art blogs there), and saw an old oil painting I really liked.  Unfortunately, the only photo of it is small and of poor quality.  Wanting to see a larger/better image of it, I tried searching the title and information the blogger had provided, but it turned up no results.  I also tried using Google's "search Google for this image" function, but the only result it found was the same poor quality image I had searched for in the first place.  Other art blogs featuring this painting all linked to this same poor-quality version.
Here is the image: http://snucm61us.net/creativity/mythology%20and%20art/mythologyandart-(17-)/mt22-4.bmp
Even the information given about the painting's title and what museum it's housed in is conflicting.  The blog I found it at gives this information: "Venus and Adonis, 1650, Museum inside Castello

Well, good news:  I've finally found the information about the artwork as well as a larger version to view! :iconpinkiepiesmileplz:

Here's the painting's info:

Artist: Giovanni Stefano Donedo o Danedi, called “Montalto” - b. Treviglio, Bergamo, 1612, d. Milan, 1690

Work: Venus and Adonis; 1650 c.a.

Medium: oils on canvas

Provenance: Donation 1939, Alessandro Durini Foundation

Location: Pinacoteca del Castello Sforzesco, Milan

and here's the link to the larger picture of it: www.sonofman.org/img/mil091.jp…

The site that link is from ( www.sonofman.org/sfor.htm ) also has a lot of other cool renaissance artwork.
The info for the painting was discovered by a tumblr user, whose blog is at quoting-shakespeare-to-ducks.t…

Thanks for helping me look!
